Once hardware has been shipped, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Common scenarios for consideration include:

  • Incorrect Product Ordered: If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong cable or hardware.

  • Defective Product: If the device is not functioning as intended upon receipt.

2. Return Authorization Process

Before returning any hardware, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team at (630) 299-7777 ext. 1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Product: The hardware must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refund Details

Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Hardware Cost: The cost of the hardware will be refunded.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the hardware cost may be applied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized Products: Items that have been customized or modified.

  • Software: Opened software packages.

  • Consumables: Consumable items such as batteries, unless defective.

6. Warranty Information

All our hardware comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team to discuss the issue and obtain an RMA if necessary.
