How It Work

At Interstate Compliance Group, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient ordering experience for our customers. The following outlines our order processing, payment, and delivery procedures:

Order Processing

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are processed once daily, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, processing occurs on the next business day.

Delivery Information

  • Next-Day (Overnight) Delivery: Orders placed on Friday with next-day delivery will arrive on Monday. Weekend delivery is available upon request but may incur additional costs. Please contact us at (630) 299-7777 ext. 1 to discuss availability and pricing.

Payment Instructions

  • Zelle Payments: After placing an order, please remit the total amount via Zelle using the details provided during checkout or in your order confirmation email. Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.
